Join ELC virtually on Monday, May 19, at 5 p.m. ET for our 16th annual Education Justice Lecture. The webinar will feature Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-3) whose keynote remarks will discuss the impact of Trump’s first 100 days in office on public education. Congresswoman DeLauro’s presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with ELC Trustees Laura Jiménez and Shital C. Shah, who formerly served at the U.S. Department of Education. The event will be moderated by ELC Executive Director Robert Kim and will conclude with an audience Q&A session.
The webinar is free, but you must register in advance using the button below.
The Education Justice Lecture is ELC’s annual fundraiser. Because all of our services are provided free of charge, we depend on your generous contributions to continue our vital work in support of educational opportunity and justice for public school students. Please support our efforts by purchasing an ad in our event journal or by making a donation. See below for more information about sponsorship opportunities.
Please contact ELC Program Assistant Kaitlyn Comesañas with any questions about the event.
We also want to thank our event sponsors who continue to support ELC as we work to ensure high quality and equitable education for all public school students through litigation, research and data analysis, policy advocacy, and more.
Thank you to our sponsors!
