ELC Has A New Online Look!
Education Law Center is excited to announce the launch of the organization’s new website. While the link remains the same – www.edlawcenter.org – visitors will be greeted by a brand new look.
“As ELC embarks on our second half century, it seemed only fitting to refresh and improve our website,” said Robert Kim, ELC Executive Director. “We make a point of sharing the many facets of our work – impactful litigation and policy advocacy, crucial research, indispensable publications and more – and our goal is for all of that to be accessible to everyone interested in the present and future of public education.”
The primary goal of the website’s redesign is to present the work of ELC in an easy-to-use and engaging format. The new site presents information in a bold layout with clear navigation. Site visitors are urged to check back frequently as current content is updated and new information is added.
“It goes without saying that the digital presence of an organization engaged in advocacy, research, and movement lawyering is vital,” said Sharon Krengel, ELC Director of Policy, Strategic Partnerships and Communications. “That’s why we’ve created a website that offers a wealth of information about our work in support of students’ rights and public schools in our home state of New Jersey and across the country.”
New site visitors are urged to fill out the Join Our Network form at the bottom of the updated home page to receive ELC e-blasts. ELC communications focus on the work carried out by staff; provide cogent analyses of litigation, policy, and advocacy efforts in states around the country; announce new publications, webinars, and other offerings; and more. All ELC e-blasts are saved on the site for future reference.
