More and more parents, educators and taxpayers have decided that giving away $360 million in public funds to private and religious schools, without strict accountability for the use of those funds, is a bad deal for public schools and the State Treasury.

In a unanimous ruling, a New Jersey Appeals Court has affirmed a trial court’s dismissal of a lawsuit to obtain private school vouchers for students in "failing" public schools.
